BOOKING CONDITIONS 

  1. Dogs where permitted [permission MUST be obtained beforehand by telephone with Mrs Harden] must be kept under control and cleaned up after both in the property and in the grounds. Under no circumstances are pets allowed in bedrooms or on furniture.

  2. No smoking is permitted in the Hen Dy.

  3. A non-returnable deposit of 100 per week per property booked is required.

  4. If the holiday date is less than five weeks from the booking date, then the full amount is payable when booking. We reserve the right to ask for a damages/cleaning deposit.

  5. Provisional bookings can be made by telephone but must be confirmed with a completed booking form and any payment due, to reach us within 5 working days.

  6. Your provisional booking will be held for 5 days pending receipt of your deposit (or full payment if your holiday is less than 5 weeks away). Your booking will be confirmed in writing.

  7. The balance payable should reach us at least one calendar month before the start of your holiday. We will send you detailed directions on how to find us with your receipt.
    N.B. non receipt of the final balance by the required date will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeit.

  8. If a booking is cancelled in writing less than one calendar month before the holiday date the deposit is forfeited. If the full rental has been paid, all efforts will be made to re-let and if successful, any money received from the re-letting, less the deposit paid and reasonable expenses, will be returned.

  9. The property will be ready for occupation from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please respect these times to allow us to prepare the property for yourselves and the next guests.

  10. The hirer is responsible for the property and undertakes all reasonable care of it and to keep it clean. It must be left in a clean and tidy condition and any pet hairs removed. We accept that breakages can happen and ask that you let us know immediately to enable us to replace small items free of charge, so that our next guests are not inconvenienced. We reserve the right to make a charge for more substantial damage.

  11. We retain the right to enter the property at any reasonable time to carry out any inspections or repairs deemed necessary to the property or equipment.

  12. If for any reason beyond our control the property is not available on the date booked, all deposits and rent paid in advance will be refunded in full. The hirer shall have no further claims against us.

  13. The property booking may not be transferred to another party without permission of the owners.
